3.1 Information You Provide

●Payment: Processed by Stripe. We don't store full card details.

4. Shopify App & CMS Integrations
When you install the Rankily Shopify app or connect another CMS platform, we access store data solely to provide SEO optimization services. We act as a data processor on your behalf.
4.1 Data We Access via Shopify
●Products: Titles, descriptions, handles, images, and ALT text — used to audit and optimize SEO metadata.
●Pages & Blog Articles: Titles, content, and meta tags — used to identify missing or suboptimal SEO elements.
●Online Store Themes: Theme files — used to audit structured data, sitemaps, and on-page SEO elements.
●Redirects: Existing URL redirects — used to identify 404 errors and create new redirects to fix them.
●Orders & Customers: Order history and customer profiles — used to provide e-commerce analytics and revenue attribution within your Rankily dashboard.
4.2 Changes We Make to Your Store
When you click "Apply to Shopify" on an optimization recommendation, Rankily may:
●Update product or page title tags and meta descriptions
●Update image ALT text
●Create URL redirects to resolve 404 errors
All changes require your explicit approval before they are applied. Rankily never modifies your store without your consent.
4.3 Data Storage & Access Tokens
Your Shopify access token is stored securely and used only to communicate with the Shopify Admin API on your behalf. We do not share your access token with third parties. You can revoke access at any time by uninstalling the Rankily app from your Shopify admin.
4.4 Other CMS Platforms
Rankily supports additional CMS platforms including WordPress, Webflow, and Wix. The same principles apply: we access only the data necessary for SEO analysis and optimization, changes require your approval, and you can disconnect at any time.
