1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rankily LLC governing your use of https://rankily.com.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Rankily provides a pay-as-you-go platform for website ranking analysis, optimization, and visibility improvement using a credit-based system.

3. Account Registration

●Provide accurate, current, and complete information
●Maintain and update your account information
●Keep login credentials secure and confidential
●Accept responsibility for all account activity
●Notify us of unauthorized use immediately

4. Credits, Payments & Billing

4.1 Credit System

Purchase credits in advance; credits deducted per feature use.

4.2 Credit Expiration

Unused credits expire 12 months from purchase. Expired credits are forfeited.

4.3 Payment & Pricing

Processed via Stripe. Pricing may change; changes don't affect purchased credits.

4.4 No Refunds

All purchases are final. See rankily.com/refund-policy for limited exceptions.

5. Acceptable Use

●No spam, phishing, or deceptive practices
●No illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
●No black-hat SEO manipulation
●No unauthorized bots, scripts, or crawlers
●No reverse engineering or redistribution

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content are owned by Rankily LLC. You retain ownership of submitted content, granting us a limited license to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. No guarantees regarding ranking results.

8. Limitation of Liability

RANKILY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Total liability capped at 12 months of payments.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Rankily LLC from claims arising from your use, violations, or content.

10. Dispute Resolution

Binding arbitration via AAA in Delaware. Class action waiver applies.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.

12. Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate for violations. Unused credits forfeited.

13. Modifications

Material changes communicated via email or prominent notice.

14. General Provisions

●Entire Agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy.
●Severability: Invalid provisions limited; rest remains.
●Waiver: Non-enforcement isn't a waiver.
●Assignment: Not assignable without consent.
●Force Majeure: Not liable for events beyond control.
